First, you’ll want to head to New Serenne Stable, which is northwest of Lookout Landing.

In the distance, you’ll see a Hot Air Balloon platform.
Talk to the NPC, Impa, and she’ll tell you about the Geoglyph patterns.
The idea is to reach high up in the air to see the pattern.

Interact with it and watch the cutscene, then talk to Impa.
This will lead you to the Forgotten Temple further north.
