It appears The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will receive DLC.
However, Nintendo has yet to officially announced any post-launch support for the game.

In any event, GameSpot has contacted Nintendo in an attempt to get more details.
That Tears of the Kingdom will get DLC isn’t a surprise.
Nintendo used the same exact language–“full version of game required to use DLC.
Sold separately”–on thelanding page for Breath of the Wild’s expansions.
Preorders for Tears of the Kingdomare live now.
Nintendo hasclarified that not every one of its Switch games may cost $70, however.
