This is the first of its kind with ordinary fans voting on Oscar contention.
How it worked was that fans were able to vote online from February 14 to March 3.
Neither of these wins led to an actual award being presented.
Snyder’s next film will also be a Netflix exclusive calledRebel Moon.
The story is reportedly based on a Star Wars pitch the director made around the time Disney acquired Lucasfilm.
