The event will reportedly include theannouncement of the next Gears of War game.
GameSpot has contacted Xbox for comment.
Choudhry was known, in recent times, for spearheading Xbox’s cloud gaming efforts, among other things.
Additionally,Ubisoft’s own summer eventtakes place on Monday, June 10.
It is expected that more gaming showcases will be announced in the time ahead.
One show that is not going ahead this year is E3, which ispermanently canceled.
