Not every game that was on display during the Xbox Games Showcase will be available on non-Xbox platforms.
However, Fallout 76 is available on PlayStation, and the new Atlantic City expansion is likely headed there.
Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty expansion is coming to PlayStation as well as Xbox and PC.
