Additional kills extend the duration and increase effects, making this a great Exotic for clearing low-level enemies with.
The stats don’t back it up, as this Exotic has very low resilience and strength.
The stats aren’t too bad, as resilience and discipline are pretty high.
Recovery is also pretty good, but strength and intellect will need to be buffed.
