Research and upgrade
Once youve started bringing in some extra money, you shouldconsider upgrading your apparatus.

Note that anything with a dollar or kudosh symbol on it will only dole out those currencies.
Everything else can be used to upgrade your rooms.

Hire constantly

Its best to check whenever your campus or classes level up.

Students are an insufferable nuisance, but you should probably keep them happy.
Its all reasonable.Students need a place to eat, sleep, pee, and keep themselves entertained.
For extra happiness, check that their immediate area doesnt look like a sty.
Theres a saying about taking a horse to water.
Thats where the attractiveness view comes into play.
From there, its a matter of turning everything green.
This can be done with posters, statues, furniture, and plants.
Just spread them out across your property and watch that percentage rise.
If everything shows up blue, youll need to plop down some heaters.
If its red, youll need air conditioning.
Note that you’re able to only provide outdoor heaters and not outdoor coolers.
Students will just have to remember to stay hydrated in hot areas.
