HBO content boss Casey Bloys said during an interview withDeadlinethat he expects the show to premiere in 2023.

“It’s not going to air in 2022; they are still shooting in Canada.
I imagine you will see it in ‘23,” Bloys said.
“I have seen some early episodes and I’m very excited.”

“I’m excited for it, but it will not be in ‘22,” Bloys said.
There is no next Game of Thrones," Bloys said.
The Last of Us stars Pedro Pascal as Joel and Bella Ramsey as Ellie.
Gabriel Luna plays Tommy, while Nick Offerman portrays Bill.
As for the game series, aLast of Us remake is reportedly in the works for PS5.
