Superman’s Nathan Fillion is looking forward to stepping into the role of DC’s most notorious Green Lanterns.
Regardless, Fillion toldColliderthat Gardner’s character flaws are some of the qualities that attracted him to the part.
“Guy Gardner is 90% flawed and doesnt care,” said Fillion.
“Thats one of his flaws.
I think theres a real freedom in playing that.
“The reality is that people have flaws,” added Fillion.
“We all have quirks.
We all have vulnerabilities… Everybodys got something, and I love to lean into those faults and flaws.
Its what makes people real and what allows audiences to relate, because we all know what that is.
We all have our own.
We witness it in other people.”
