Bethesda will talk more about its upcoming Indiana Jones game next year.
Executive producer Todd Howard wants to say more about it right now, but he’s not allowed to.
In aninterview with Esquire, Howard briefly touched upon Machine Game’s upcoming Indiana Jones project.
“I am a giant Indiana Jones fan.
It can be brought to video games in a unique way,” Howard explains.
“The game is obviously: youre exploring stuff.
At the end of the interview, he followed up with, “We’ll talk next year.”
The interview also mentions that Howard’s favorite Indian Jones adventure is Raiders of the Lost Ark.
He pitched an Indiana Jones game toLucasfilm in 2009, but it didn’t work out back then.
While he is the executive producer on the game,Howard isn’t involved on a daily basis.
A release window for the Indiana Jones game has not been announced yet.
After Microsoft acquired Bethesda, the deal was amended to only include Xbox consoles.
