The apparent setup for the series is Knuckles training Whipple as an echidna warrior.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 co-scribe John Whittington serves as the head writer for Knuckles.
In addition to Fowler, The Lonely Island’s Jorma Taccone will reportedly direct an episode for the show.
The Knuckles show was originally announcedin February 2022, along with Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
There’s no premiere date yet set for Knuckles on Paramount+.
