The live-service multiplayer game is planned for release within the year.
Sony has officially unveiledConcord, its latest live-service game from developer Firewalk Studios.
The game was given its first reveal at the latestPlayStation State of Playcelebration, showing off the 5v5 shooter.
Concord launches on PS5 and PC on August 23, with a pre-launch beta running in July.
The game has a sci-fi setting, with a variety of different aliens.
The different groups are Freegunners, which basically mercenaries, complete with Guardians of the Galaxy-inspired banter and jokes.
The team shooter is 5v5, featuring unique named heroes with their own weapons and special abilities.
Concord is Firewalk Studios' first game.
