Burton directed many Season 1 episodes but logistically, was prevented from being in Romania for the entire production.
“He’s been involved all the way through with visual effects,” Millar said.
“We speak to him every week, and he’s been an incredible collaborator.
We couldn’t have asked for a better situation.
You never know how these things are gonna go.
But with Tim, from the get-go, he was very comfortable with us.”
By December, Wednesday quickly broke some records at Netflix after its late November debut.
The show becameNetflix’s most-watched show in a week, racking up 341 million hours.
