During the September Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced a reimagining of the classic NES game Contra for Nintendo Switch.
Contra Operation Galuga is coming to Switch in 2024, with WayForward developing and Konami publishing.
The game has new weapons, enemies, and super attacks, Nintendo said.
There is also a four-player co-op mode.

Contra: Rogue Corps was released in 2019 and is the latest entry in the series.
