Despite his willingness to return as Cable, Josh Brolin wasn’t able to get into Deadpool & Wolverine.
Brolin portrayed Thanos starting in 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy before playing Cable in Deadpool 2 in 2018.
But during his recent appearance onThe Playlist’sBingeworthypodcast, Brolin expressed his disappointment that he won’t be coming back.
Cable was a lot of fun.
I really liked doing that role.
That was a lot of fun."
