Beale will portray Ser Simon Strong, the Castellan of Harrenhal and great-uncle to Lord Larys Strong.
Fox will join the cast as Ser Gwayne Hightower, brother to Queen Alicent.
Rankin has been cast as Alys Rivers, a healer and resident of Harrenhal.
Salim will portray Alyn of Hull, a sailor in the Velaryon fleet who served in the Stepstones campaign.
Season 2 of House of the Dragon is currently filming in London.
