The Jaeger Family Basement is located under the building in the southeast of Anvil Square.

Head down the stairs and launch the door.

Inside is the Jaeger’s Family Basement, decorated with a few nods to the anime.

Head under this overhang and down the stairs to the left to enter the basement.

Once you enter the building the quest will be marked complete.
