This comes by way of a tweet from reputable Fortnite leaker, iFireMonkey (via Shiina).
The leaker notes that the skin will likely be available in the Item Shop “very soon.”
Geralt made an appearance as part of the Chapter 4 Season 1 battle pass earlier this year.
