Scour the Dreaming City to find some feline friends and unlock Triumphs.
One of those things is the quest to find cosmic kitties hiding within the Dreaming City.
The Starcat is hard to miss lying among these flowers.
Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take this photo until after I already had found it.
The first is in the Garden of Esila, which is attached to the southern end of The Strand.
When you enter Esila, push forward through the area, killing Hive and Taken enemies as you go.
Check under the bridge to find the starcat.
Harbinger’s Seclude Starcat
Getting to Harbinger’s Seclude can be a little confusing.
Head toward the obelisk.
Before that, though, go past the portal and follow the curving cave around into another large area.
Go into the left room and look behind the table to find the starcat.
Once inside The Confluence, you’ll mostly just want to make your way forward through the area.
There are a few branching paths but aim to go downward and deeper.
Make your way to the big wall of Taken energy that marks the entrance to the Shattered Throne dungeon.
The cat is sitting in front of it.
Week 5
Spine of Keres
This week’s Starcat is a bit confused.
You’re headed to theOracle Engine, which is a straight shot following the path.
A Techeun, one of Mara Sov’s Awoken witches, waits on the platform up on the left.
Climb up to her to find the starcat sitting beside her.
We’re still waiting for the Cell of the Sycophant starcat to show up.
It’s sitting on a table next to the statue of another, larger cat.
Inside, make your way to the end where you fight the Scorn boss.
Look up on the ledge to the right of the lost sector’s loot cache to find the cat.
You’ll find the cat inside the bowl, but slightly out of sight and easy to miss.
The Wizard is the boss of the lost sector.
The cat is chilling out on the table, apparently absorbed in math homework.
Week 1
Blind Well Starcat
Head to the Blind Well to find the first Starcat.
There, you’ll find a huge rounded door, with the cat sitting beside it on the floor.
To get there, however, you’ll need to take a specific path through the activity.
When you start Riven’s Lair, you’ll see three portals.
You want the left-most portal to open so you can get the Garden of Plenty encounter.
Head to the left side of the area, where a cliff drops off into the abyss.
The cat is hanging out on a ledge there, just below your line of sight.
