David Tennant, who famously played the 10th Doctor, has now become the 14th Doctor.
TheBBCreported that both Tennant and Catherine Tate are reprising their roles for the show’s 60th anniversary.
It’s also been confirmed that they will appear in three special episodes, airing November 2023.
“David Tennant, previously known as the 10th Doctor, is now also known as the 14th Doctor.
Dont worry, he seems a little perplexed too,” the BBC said in a statement.
“You move on from it with a whole mixture of emotions,” Tennant told theBBC.
And I’m very, very excited.
I’m thrilled and I hope people will enjoy the stories we’ve got to tell."
