Rumors have already begun swirling about a Call of Duty game that could still be two years away.
TheGhostOfHope said it will be Raven Software developing the campaign for Call of Duty 2024.
Raven also developed the campaign for Black Ops Cold War.
If Call of Duty 2024 is indeed about the Iraq war, the game will likely be contentious.
Around200,000 civilians diedas a result of the war.
The company is said to be planning afree-to-play Call of Duty for 2023.
Activision will discuss all of these projects during theCall of Duty Next event on September 15.
