Andor is coming back for its second and final season next summer.
“We started shooting in November,” Gilroy said,as reported by IGN.
“We’re about halfway.
We’re gonna shoot through August.
We’re on exact schedule.
[We’ll] finish in August, spend another year on post.
I suppose we’ll come out the following August.”
During the panel, attendees got to see new clips from Season 2.
The videos showed the characters Cassian, Dedra, Syril, and Bix regrouped and ready for another battle.
As such, Gilroy said of Season 2, “You know where we’re going.
You saw that Death Star blow up.
We make that happen.”
